    Leading agentic commerce, Visa card tokenisation (including Apple/Google wallets), online checkout, loyalty and rewards, app engagement and merchant onboarding.

    Led Zip's first successful agentic commerce transaction, with Visa

    • Won board approval for the agentic commerce strategy and delivered phase 1 discoverability (AEO/GEO and MCP)
    • Launched the Recurring Spend Hub: recurring spend up 10%, total transaction value up 40% in year one
    • Redesigned zip.co homepage for 10% stronger conversion, with Zip Plus overtaking Zip Pay
    • Cut in-app campaign delivery time by 50% through automation

    Australian Institute of Company Directors

    Head of Digital Products and Platforms

    Led and owned AICD's digital products and platforms — product, design and engineering — across website, e-commerce, member portal, LMS, CRM, integrations and AI initiatives.

    First customer-facing AI agent, on the Company Directors Course

    • Built three full-stack product teams (26 people)
    • Replatformed website and e-commerce: 80% YoY growth in digital purchases
    • 82% YoY reduction in digital experience complaints
    • AI Tutor passed the Company Directors Course exam at 97%, with 82% NPS across three cohorts

    Executive Manager Digital Product

    Defined and delivered CBA's Digital Wealth strategy across NetBank and the CommBank app (5M+ daily users).

    First digital superannuation consolidation service: a 30-day process cut to 3 days

    • $25M multi-year investment secured; built 5 product teams
    • 50% YoY superannuation revenue growth for 3 consecutive years
    • Digital vs branch super sales shifted from 15% to 87% over four years
    • 250% increase in financial advice lead generation; FUA up 59%

    AMP

    Head of Digital Product & Experience

    Rebuilt AMP's digital product team post AMP/AXA merger and led digital strategy and platform modernisation.

    Australia's first combined banking and wealth app

    • Won $5M transformation funding and led a team of 25
    • 30% increase in digital leads; 25% improvement in digital NPS
    • Established AMP's first Human-Centred Design team

    Qantas

    Senior Product and Ecommerce Manager

    Built the product, digital sales and analytics team and led ancillary revenue products on qantas.com.

    First Holidays booking engine on qantas.com: flights, hotels, cars, transfers, activities and insurance

    • Owned the ancillary revenue P&L across the trip
    • Hotel booking conversion up 12% YoY; trips booked up 20%+ YoY
